I had to leave for HongKong a few days back and soon I realized that I didn’t have a DSLR. I planned to buy EOS 700D however I had loads of stuff to do before I leave so I couldn’t go out and get one. I decided to but it online however I was still doubtful if it would reach me on time or not as I had to leave in next 2 days. Without wasting any more time, I searched around the web and found some results on the various online stores. I was particularly picky about the pricing so I decided to choose the store offering the cheapest prices. It was apparently Snapdeal. I kind of had my reservations but when I opened the website I was pleasantly surprised. Snapdeal seems to have recently revamped their website giving it a completely fresh look which I like. I was on a relatively bad connection but the website still managed to open relatively fast on that. I went ahead, searched around for Canon EOS 700D, found it in the search dropdown (pretty nifty you got there Snapdeal, +1 for that ;) ) and ordered it.

I had to leave pretty soon after that and inform my dad about the order. So I decided to install the Snapdeal app for Android as well. Seems like that has gone under a makeover as well because it combined the modern Android UI looks. The Snapdeal’s app was pretty light and fast. Its size was just 7.8 Mb which was much lower than its competitors. And with the kind of features the app offers, the size was pretty impressive.
The camera was delivered in perfect condition to me within 8 hours of ordering, which itself is an achievement. I got the camera within 7 hours of ordering, which I was not expecting at all. I lost all my worries about the camera and had some great pictures there. It was a very pleasant deal for me. If the camera was not there with me, I would have missed a lot of great memories.
