ADAM LAMBERT : TRESPASSING (2012) (Review) 

When Adam Lambert signed a record deal after finishing second in Season 8 of Americon Idol, some questioned whether his glam-rock leanings could be successful in today’s pop music environment.

The singer and his following of Glamberts proved the doubters wrong with ‘For Your Entertainment,’ which produced a Top 10 single, earned a Grammy nomination and achieved Platinum status.

But while ‘For Your Entertainment’ was a credible debut, Lambert’s second album, ‘Trespassing,’ more fully captures his personality. It’s a better representation of the singer’s own personal style, his interests and his desires. 

This album is everything I hoped it would be. The dance tracks make me want to shake my ass and the ballads make me want to weep. Perfect blend of emotion and delivery and Adam's voice is out of this world as usual. best album I've purchased all year.

Flawlessly funky and full of dance inducing beats, there's plenty of emotion here too. Has me dancing, singing and crying in turn. Outlaws of Love will pull on your heart strings, while Shady is classic funk updated in the best possible way. A must have for pop/funk/dance fans everywhere.

 I love that this is a pop album that has meaningful lyrics that are truly relatable to everyone! There are songs to dance and party to and songs that will bring you to tears. The music is fantastic and Adam's vocals really soar. You really can't go wrong if you purchase this album... should easily be the album of the year!
